Common Failure / Concern: Our Solution:
Head gasket / head bolt issues
100% installation of new head bolts
Installation of latest design head gasket & torquing process
Strict surface finish (RZ) standards on the block and heads
Poor oil circulation, oil temperature
JASPER is supplying 100% BRAND NEW oil coolers with the engine Oil leaks
Application of special sealant and a standard seal ring between the block and
the bedplate
EGR Coolers
There are 2 different EGR Coolers, a Vertical and a Horizontal cooler. It is recommended to replace both at the same time.
6.4 PowerStroke Oil Cooler Kit
The new Bullet Proof Engine Oil Cooler “Half Kit” for the 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Diesel.
This air-to-oil cooler mounts up-front in the grill to serve as a supplementary engine oil cooler. This “extra” oil cooler can be used in conjunction with either a new stock oil cooler (for extreme oil cooling applications) or it can be used to assist an existing stock oil cooler that no longer cools the oil like it did when it was new.
This oil cooler kit also replaces the stock oil filter with a remote-mounted spin-on oil filter. The spin-on oil filter is simple: what you see is what you get. This means no more broken oil-filter-to-crankcase drain valves or engine oil bypass valves to worry about.
Bare Long block
New cylinder head “untimed”, crank, block & all internals new. Balance gasket set included.
Complete long block
New “Timed” Cylinder Head with camshaft, cam followers and timing gears, water pump, oil pump, oil cooler, front cover and rear cover.
Drop-In engine assembly
This engine will generally include the block, heads, valve covers, oil pump and pan, timing cover, rear cover, fuel injection pump with injectors, turbo, intake manifold, water pump, exhaust manifolds, and oil cooler. (Some of these components may not be included with particular engines or applications based on engine type.) Our engines do not include belts, hoses, sending units, air compressors, flywheel, fan blade, remote oil coolers, starter, alternator or any special drive units. The engine will be dyno tested checking horsepower, RPM and oil pressure. All phases of the governor, valve train and fuel injection system will be adjusted to OEM specifications.
