Cylinder Blocks are Magna-fluxed to check for micro fractures then Line Bored & honed.
Cylinder blocks receive sleeves after 20ths.
Cylinder heads are Decked, New Valve Seats & Remanufactured Lifters installed
Connecting rods are replaced with demagnetized remanufactured rods or NEW
New CAT 3 ring pistons on all marine 3208 applications
Camshafts are remanufactured & polished
Crankshaft is balanced & polished
Oil Pump Remanufactured or New

Engines come primer grey so they can be painted to match the other engine in your boat.
There is a $2,300 Core Deposit until we get the original engine back in build-able condition. Engine pictures is an example of a 3208 Marine engine, actual engine does not come with oil pan and valve covers.
